Infrastructure to provide comments on the Expropriation Bill (B 23 B-2020). The &#8220;B&#8221; indicates the amended legislation.<\/p><p>This bill was approved by the National Assembly but was referred back to provincial level where inputs are now welcomed. Written comments must be submitted by 6 March 2023. Requests for oral presentations are also being submitted, and TLU SA&#8217;s property committee is already collecting information for this purpose.<\/p><p>Expropriation without compensation is:<\/p><ul><li>unconstitutional<\/li><li>disastrous for the economy<\/li><li>fatal for food security<\/li><li>stealing every young South African&#8217;s future<\/li><\/ul><p>TLU SA seriously appeals
