and South Africa deserves better.<\/p><p>South Africa needs an effective, driven police force that strives to serve the country&#8217;s citizens.<\/p><p>From the Riots report it is I clear that more than just one person must stand up for what went wrong and for the ineffective actions. Several individuals are singled out and there are still more questions than answers about what all happened in July 2021 in KZN and Gauteng.<\/p><p><strong>Short excerpt from the report: <\/strong><\/p><p>\u201cTo summarise, the police\u2019s response was not effective and appropriate under the circumstances.
