Bio: Terence Corrigan
Terence Corrigan is a Project Manager at the Institute of Race Relations where he specialises in work on property rights, as well as land, agriculture and mining policy.
As a native of KwaZulu-Natal, he wound his way through several research institutes, as well as a spell of teaching English in Taiwan and as a primary school teacher in South Africa.
He has an abiding fascination with history and considers himself the closest thing to a free speech fundamentalist.
