Local Government
The Local Government Act establishes specific regulations that municipalities must adhere to. The impact of non-compliance with these regulations has a significant negative effect on the economic sustainability of agriculture. It is this committee’s responsibility to identify mismanagement of municipalities and propose solutions. However, it is also our responsibility to inform South Africans about their role in effective local government.

Waardasierolle 2020 – AFGEHANDEL
Die waarde van eiendomme word volgens wet elke vier jaar deur munisipale inspekteurs bepaal en op die waardasierol geplaas. Jou dienste- en eiendomstariewe word volgens hierdie waarde bepaal.
