OUR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
- ROAD AMBULANCE – Access to emergency medical response by our extensive road ambulance network.
- AIR AMBULANCE – Access to emergency medical response by air ambulance, subject to ROCKET’s flight criteria*, as specified in our T&C’s.
- EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPORT – ‘We own your call’ to support you and your family throughout your medical emergency. We stay on the call, whilst coordinating emergency medical services and providing ongoing updates during your medical transfer and hospital admission.
- EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT CENTRE – Unlimited access to our emergency management centre 24/7.
