Economic Sustainability
Any business must operate profitably to remain sustainable. For commercial farmers, the economic sustainability of farming has an additional implication – when a farm fails, farmers cannot continue supplying food to South Africans. Numerous new laws and regulations have had an extremely negative impact on the agricultural sector. In the majority of cases, these new measures were unilaterally implemented without meaningful input from the agricultural sector. TLU SA strives to exert as much pressure as possible and spread the message about the South African government’s unsustainable policies regarding a healthy economy.

Red ons ekonomie 2020 – AFGEHANDEL
COVID-19 het die Suid-Afrikaanse ekonomie – wat reeds op die knieë was – byna die finale nekslag toegedien. TLU SA gee nou aan alle Suid-Afrikaners die geleentheid om te deel hoe die inperking hulle lewens – en sak – beïnvloed en watter stappe geneem moet word om die ekonomie te red.
Boere, beskerm jou uitvoerstatus
Ofskoon die PPECB se versoek aan sy kliënte om hul B-BBEE-sertifikate te verskaf tans nog nie hul uitvoerstatus beïnvloed nie, is daar groot kommer dat dit wel die volgende stap van die organisasie gaan wees. Met die veldtog wil TLU SA – in samewerking met die Sakeliga – boere bekwaam om die uitdaging aan te pak.
